This is a great way to start your day with a healthy and filling breakfast. Simply combine oats, protein powder, milk, and your favourite fruit in a jar and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, you will have a delicious and nutritious breakfast that is ready to eat.

Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup fruit, such as berries, banana, or mango
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


  • Overnight OatsIn a bowl, combine oats, protein powder, milk, fruit, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  • Serve topped with your favourite toppings.
  • Notes

    • You can use any type of milk that you like.
    • You can also add other flavors to your overnight oats, such as cocoa powder, cinnamon, or fruit puree.
    • To make ahead, simply prepare the overnight oats and refrigerate it overnight.
    • To reheat, simply microwave the overnight oats for a few minutes until heated through.
