Greek Yogurt Parfait

This is a light and refreshing breakfast that is packed with protein. Simply layer Greek yogurt, granola, fruit, and nuts in a glass or bowl. You can also add a dollop of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup fresh fruit, such as blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer Greek yogurt, granola, and fruit.
  2. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use any type of Greek yogurt that you like.
  • You can also use any type of granola that you like.
  • If you don't have fresh fruit, you can use frozen fruit. Just make sure to thaw the fruit before adding it to the parfait.
  • You can also add other toppings to your parfait, such as nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut.
  • To make ahead, simply assemble the parfaits and store them in the refrigerator overnight.
